Surprise!!

This is the Daughter and her friend :). We made the same brownies as Gastronome made in the last post. They didn't look as good, but they sure were delicious!
I would recommend making them! They made the whole house smell great and all our housemates were running to the kitchen. I'm sure they'll be gone within a day or two.
A little blurry, but so much goodness.

    You are obviously such an inspiration to your Daughter! I love the photos of the zany cooks! Nothing like the aroma of fresh-baked chocolate anything... XoX

    I AM very surprised and VERY impressed. I don't know if I'm more impressed that the Daughter is actually becoming a baker or that my blog has INSPIRED someone to actually bake?! PS I think "your friend" looks very sophisticated with bangs (other than her facial expression!)! XO
